Visiting Chicago? Rent a supercar
A visitor’s guide to renting a supercar in Chicago: itineraries, scenic drives, photo spots and the events that shape the calendar.

Chicago is one of the best cities in America to see from behind the wheel of something special: a lakefront highway with a skyline view, a river lined with landmark architecture and neighborhoods that each have their own look. Here is how to plan it.
A one-day itinerary
- Morning: Lake Shore Drive north from the Museum Campus to Hollywood Avenue, with the lake on one side and the skyline on the other.
- Midday: photos at the Adler Planetarium overlook, then lunch in the West Loop or Fulton Market.
- Golden hour: North Avenue Beach for the skyline from the north, then the Magnificent Mile.
- Night: Upper and Lower Wacker along the river, then dinner in River North.
A weekend itinerary
Add a North Shore afternoon on Sheridan Road through Evanston, Wilmette and Winnetka, or head to the southwest suburbs for quiet forest preserve roads around Palos and Orland Park.
Events that shape the calendar
- Chicago Auto Show — held at McCormick Place, traditionally in February. Check the official site for this year’s dates.
- Lollapalooza season — the festival takes over Grant Park in summer; expect closures and heavy traffic downtown that weekend.
- NASCAR Chicago Street Race — ran on a downtown street course around Grant Park from 2023 to 2025. Check NASCAR’s official schedule for any future Chicago dates.
- Summer weekends generally — peak wedding and convertible season, so book early.
We list no event dates here; always confirm with the official organizer.

Why visitors choose a supercar
A rental counter gives you transport. A remarkable car gives you the trip you remember: the skyline from Lake Shore Drive with the roof down, a Rolls-Royce at the restaurant door, a photograph beneath the Chicago Theatre marquee. The collection holds 30 cars and three multi-car packages, each with a listed daily rate and refundable deposit, from the Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 at $200 a day to the Rolls-Royce Cullinan at $1,600 a day.
How booking works
Send a reservation request with your dates, car and where you are staying, or use the Call and Text buttons. The car, rate, deposit, mileage and handover are confirmed personally. Nothing is charged by the request form.
Driving in Chicago
Downtown traffic is heaviest on weekday rush hours, and many downtown streets have strict parking rules. Garages and hotel valet are the easy option. Lake Shore Drive has no trucks and wonderful views; obey posted limits, which are enforced.
Requirements
- Drivers 21+ with a valid license
- Full-coverage insurance that applies to the rental
- Refundable security deposit
